Includes:

  • Venue research & assistance with booking

  • Budget preparation, allocation, & recommendation

  • Vendor research:

    • meetings, coordination, contracting, and being the primary point-of-contact

    • calling vendors, getting quotes, preparing multiple options for each vendor category or service that is desired (ex: DJ, bartending, photo booth, floral, performers, activity like tattoo artists, officiants, etc..)

  • Negotiate plans and prices: we work with vendors to get you the best package price

  • Hotel room block & transportation support to find the best accommodations for your guests can be added as an additional service for larger projects if needed

  • In-depth design moodboard & booklet: theme, colors, fabric types, welcome signs/ signage, giving you resources for signs and invitations, Table designs, furniture rentals

  • Designing a unique guest experience: A specialty entertainment or interactive design to make your event unique and memorable

  • Project management: Holding your hand and making sure the project stay on track and deadlines are met

  • Bi-weekly meetings to assist with event planning decisions together on how we move forward

  • Access via email throughout the planning process

  • Detailed floor plans outlining furniture placement and detailed plated dinner guest seating placement for kitchen crew

  • Preparation and management of all itineraries, timelines, and schedules

  • Attendance at all required venue walk throughs

  • Up to 1 hour of on-site coordination for rehearsal depending on planner availability

  • Up to 10 hours of on-site coordination on event day:

    • Full coordination of event setup and breakdown

    • Point of contact for all vendors on event day

    • Ensure all personal items, leftover food, decor, etc are turned over to the designated person at the end of the night
