Our signature partial plan allows us to be your partner-in-crime 4-6 months before to make sure the day looks and feels cohesive. We keep the project on track, secure your final vendors, manage the event logistics, and provide Month-of Coordination so your event runs smoothly.
Includes:
Event Project Management: bi-weekly check-ins to ensure things are progressing on schedule and where we can act as a sounding board for any big decisions. As the project manager, we will breakdown project tasks and responsibilities into a manageable workload split between all parties and be that professional accountability partner ensuring we successfully complete each stage of the planning process.
Select Vendor Sourcing: More than a preferred vendor list of our besties. We hustle and hunt to find the best vendors for your budget and goals —up to 6 of your remaining vendors who match your unique aesthetic and your ideal price point.
Most popular vendor sourcing requests: Photo/video team, DJ, Florist, Rentals, hotel room block, etc... Catering or Venue count for 2.Budget Management & Contract Negotiations: to ensure the budget remains balanced and all event vendors meet requirements and expectations
Event Flow & Timeline Review: We'll create custom timelines and floor plans and will be the main point of contact with your vendors to finalize party details.
Rehearsal & Venue Walk Through: We'll be there for the final venue walk-through and to support onsite rehearsal the day before your wedding if schedules allow. We love pre-ceremony run-throughs to help your event VIPs feel confident with their musical cues and entrance.
10hrs Event Management: And of course! You'll have your planner on-site to manage all the moving pieces behind the scenes. That way you and your partner can sit back and enjoy the day.
As your day of support, we’ll help with placing centerpieces, directing traffic, maintaining the day’s schedule and transitions throughout the day.
