Our lighter planning path where we step in 2-3 months before the big day — perfect for the intimate company fundraising dinner or Micro wedding, or other intimate gathering. We also provide Day-of Coordination to ensure your event runs smoothly.

  • Pre Planning Meetings: 2 Planning meetings to ensure things are progressing on schedule. Your planner where we can act as a sounding board for any big decisions.

  • Select Vendor Sourcing: More than a preferred vendor list of our besties. We hustle and hunt to find the best vendors for your budget and goals —up to 3 of your remaining vendors who match your unique aesthetic and your ideal price point.
    Most popular vendor sourcing requests: Florist, Rentals, bartender... Catering or Venue count for 2.

  • Venue Walk Through: We'll be there for the final venue walk-through to review final details with the venue team.

  • Event Flow & Timeline Review: We'll create custom timelines and floor plans and will be the main point of contact with your vendors to finalize party details.

  • 8hrs Event Management: And of course! You'll have an expert coordinator on-site to manage all the moving pieces behind the scenes. That way you and your partner can sit back and enjoy the day.

    • As your day of support, we’ll help with placing centerpieces, directing traffic, maintaining the day’s schedule and transitions throughout the day.
