Planning Meetings: 2 meetings to ensure things are progressing on schedule. Your planner will act as a sounding board for any big decisions.
Select Vendor Sourcing: More than a preferred vendor list of our besties. We hustle and hunt to find the best vendors for your budget and goals —up to 3 of your remaining vendors who match your unique aesthetic and your ideal price point.
Most popular vendor requests: Florist, Rentals, Hotel Room Block. Caterer or Venue count for 2.Venue Walk Through: We'll be there for the final venue walk-through to review final details with the venue team. Or can be swapped for a wedding rehearsal the day before your event instead.
Event Flow & Timeline Creation: We'll create custom timelines and floor plans and will be the main point of contact with your vendors to finalize party details.
Vendor Management: We officially become the main point of contact for your vendors 2 weeks before the big day.
Up to 10 hrs Event Management: And of course! You'll have an expert coordinator on-site to manage all the moving pieces behind the scenes. That way you and your partner can sit back and enjoy the day.
As your day of support, we’ll help with placing centerpieces, directing traffic, maintaining the day’s schedule and transitions throughout the day.
