  Most popular vendor requests: Florist, Rentals, Hotel Room Block. Caterer or Venue count for 2.

• Venue Walk Through: We'll be there for the final venue walk-through to review final details with the venue team. Or can be swapped for a wedding rehearsal the day before your event instead.

• Event Flow & Timeline Creation: We'll create custom timelines and floor plans and will be the main point of contact with your vendors to finalize party details.

• Vendor Management: We officially become the main point of contact for your vendors 2 weeks before the big day.

• Up to 10 hrs Event Management: And of course! You'll have an expert coordinator on-site to manage all the moving pieces behind the scenes. That way you and your partner can sit back and enjoy the day.

  • As your day of support, we’ll help with placing centerpieces, directing traffic, maintaining the day’s schedule and transitions throughout the day.
